ApCrate Privacy Policies

Cashback may not be credited if one or more of the following conditions exist: -


  • the bill is unclear / cropped / tempered / punched / handwritten without stamp.
  • the bill shared by you has already been used by someone else / duplicate bills.
  • the bill shared is outdated.
  • the bill shared was not a customer copy/guest's copy.
  • you have availed any sort of discount from merchant's end / applied any voucher/ party- packages.
  • the bill shared by you is generated before final payment i.e. Token/ estimated cash memo/counter bills.
  • the bill shared is a home-delivery bill.
  • the bill shared is not your actual bill of the outlet from where you have checked-in.


  • If you are using multiple accounts or sharing requests from more than one account.
  • if the request is shared from a locality where we are not yet live.
  • If our partner merchant has marked you as an store employee/delivery boy.


  • Cashback is credited to your ApCrate wallet, and can be used to following mechants:
  • Your ApCrate points will be activated only after you claim a successful cashback at a merchant using a valid bill.
  • You can redeem upto 3 Vouchers per day & a maximum of 10 per week (Mon-Sun) ??
  • Your ApCrate points may expire if there's no activity in your wallet for more than 90 days. This policy is subject to periodic review
